When you come to us for help with your home loan or refinance goals, we’ll ask for some personal details. That might include your income, assets, liabilities, and contact info. Why? Because we need it to get the job done, sourcing the best loan for your needs and making the banks sweat for your business.

We only pass your information on to:

• The lenders or financial services you choose to deal with
• Their reps, when they need it to process your application

We don’t pass your info on to randos, sell your data, or sneak it off to call centres overseas.

STAYING IN TOUCH

We may use your info to:

• Send you updates about your application or loan
• Keep you in the loop with occasional offers, events, or tips to get ahead
• Improve how we operate behind the scenes

WHAT IF YOU DON’T GIVE US EVERYTHING?

If we don’t get the full picture, we can’t give you solid advice. It's like trying to pick the best home loan with a blindfold on - pointless. So, help us help you by giving us what we need.

We’ll hang onto your info only for as long as we legally need to or while we’re actively working with you.

WHO ELSE SEES YOUR INFO?

Only the folks who need it:

• Our licensee for admin and compliance stuff
• Trusted service providers who help with mail-outs or support
• Regulators or legal entities if the law requires it

We don’t sell or rent your data. Ever.
